Our standard MOQ varies by product. For memory modules, typically 10-50 units; for SSDs/HDDs, 5-20 units; for GPUs, 1-5 units. However, we offer flexible terms for long-term partnerships and can discuss specific requirements.
All products come with full manufacturer warranty: Samsung/SK Hynix memory (3-5 years), Seagate/WD HDDs (3-5 years), Samsung SSDs (3-5 years), NVIDIA GPUs (3 years). We also provide technical support throughout the warranty period.
For new customers: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. For established partners: Net 30 terms available. We accept wire transfer (T/T), and can discuss other payment methods for large orders.
Shipping time depends on destination and method: Express (DHL/FedEx) 3-7 days worldwide; Air freight 7-14 days; Sea freight 20-40 days. We maintain ready inventory for many products, reducing lead times.
